The Punjab Skill Development Mission (PSDM) intends to engage agencies from its list of approved training partners in the State of Punjab to conduct Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) as outlined in the scope of work in Annexure-A.
Applications must be submitted exclusively through the e-procurement portal at www.eproc.punjab.gov.in. Submissions made through any other method will be automatically rejected.
The tender fee is set at Rs 1,000, while the processing fee is Rs 10,000. A Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs 15,000 is also required. Additionally, the selected agency must provide a Performance Bank Guarantee amounting to 10% of the total project cost, valid until May 15, 2025, within five days of receiving the work order.
